Lori was nothing short of a miracle!!! Working with her made this very difficult time much much easier. I was so distraught over having to place my dad in a home. I cried constantly. He was placed in a horrible rehabilitative care unit in Hopkins it was absolutely disgusting there. Lori swooped in and saved me and my dad from ever having to deal with that place again! Lori does not consider her job a job. She actually cares as if the people she’s helping are her actual family members! I will never ever forget what she has done for my family! Our nurse, Leslie I. Was absolutely amazing and brilliant! She is so kind and helped us through this very confusing time. We could not have moved my Mom to Assisted Living without her! Her knowledge is vast and ALWAYS answered our many many questions. What a treasure she is and we have already spread the word about her greatness!! Laura was WONDERFUL to work with.  She went far beyond her job duties to make a smooth transition for my brother from LTC to Assisted Living.  The VA was to supply a hospital bed, but failed in getting it to Suite Living on time for the transfer.  Hours of phone calling, and stress could not get the bed there on time.  Laura actually found a substitute  bed in an hours time and delivered it to the facility herself in down pouring rain.  AND she set it up and made the bed before I got there with my brother.  I want her to get special acknowledgment for this extra work.  I thank her for her hard work and her caring way.  There are good people in this world, and Laura is one of the best! We’ve been working with Lesley Isaacs for assistance in finding an assisted living facility. She was instrumental in finding The Commons on Marice as our final destination. Her due diligence, patience, persistency, and follow through with the TCU facility was amazing!! She handled each obstacle with grace and I admire all that she did on our behalf! When I encountered issues with the TCU not getting my belongings packed, she stopped by to make the magic happen. If it wasn’t for Lesley, none of this would have been completed. She is a great ambassador for your company. We’ve ‘adopted’ her in our family and cannot say thank you enough for all that she’s done on our behalf!!
